Crafted in a compact, round basket shape for an effortless attitude, this small Woody basket is hand-woven by independent craftswomen in Kenya. The line's signature Chloe logo is embroidered on metallic calfskin for an elegant touch. The basket has a drawstring closure and a long leather strap for shoulder and cross-body wear.
This basket was made in partnership with Mifuko, a certified WFTO supplier. In Swahili, "mifuko" means pocket. With fair pay and less dependence on unpredictable farming as a source of income, Mifuko empowers its artisans in Kenya and ensures no one is left with empty pockets.
The Woody line is characterized by the signature Chloe logo carried over from the Maison's iconic mules. It showcases a modern, minimalist silhouette ranging from nano to large sizes.
